If you make the wrong choice
you could cost yourself thousands of dollars (potentially tens of thousands) and
months of mental anguish, painful frustration, and intense heartache.
I know it sounds like a “doomsday” prediction. But it happens all too often.
Folks like you decide they’re going to sell and they list with a relative, a
friend, or the first Realtor they talk to. Surveys show 62% of home sellers list
with the first agent they contact.
It’s risking way too much!
Many times it can wind up in this big huge botched up mess that costs the
homeowners thousands of dollars and months of extreme frustration. On top of
that sometimes a close friendship can get destroyed. All because the homeowners
went with the wrong agent.

who gets 20-25 new calls a month. (Based on industry surveys, the
average agent generates 21.7 new calls per month.)

Marketing
Strategist – an agent who is
a good salesperson but also understands high-impact advertising, uses innovative
new marketing technology, and aggressively markets your property to generate
hundreds of inquiries. With hundreds of inquiries, the marketing
strategist increases the odds of selling your home exponentially.
Let me give you a real-life example of marketing strategy in action. Last month,
